After returning to the original location via Water Entity during Special Skill Peak's Springless Silence, increases the next Light Attack Charged Skill Fleeting Gale's charging speed and tornado Movement Speed by 50% within 3 seconds.

When the Special Skill Spring Empties the Mountains hits a target and successfully causes Launch or applies Lingering Bone, it immediately refunds 2 seconds of cooldown and resets Moonrise Startles Spring cooldown. For 3 seconds, each Heavy Attack follow-up hit on that target reduces Spring Empties the Mountains cooldown by 1 second. The above effects can only trigger once per second.
