: Dash forward and strike the target upward. Upon hitting the target, applies a brief Immobilize effect. Hitting humanoid enemies puts them into a brief Launch state. Hitting non-player enemies applies a Lingering Bone mark. Hitting an enemy already under Launch or afflicted with your own Lingering Bone mark grants you the Riding the Wind effect. Casting creates a Water Clone at the original location. Within 5 seconds, casting again allows you to flash back to the Water Clone's location.
